310T Truck and Coach Technician

RTS is a MVIS licensed shop centrally located in Carleton Place, Ontario.  AT RTS, we service all makes and models of trucks and trailers: light, medium and heavy.

Role:

• perform repairs in a timely and effective manner while keeping track of parts used and time management
• perform regular preventative maintenance tasks and inspections
• communicate with manager to update on progress and status of work
• inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
• diagnose faults and malfunctions and confirm finds with supervisor to determine whether to repair or replace unit
• work alongside apprentices to provide guidance and instruction when applicable
• maintain

Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed Truck and Coach Technician (310T)
• proven ability to work safely and troubleshoot independently
• attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are key

Salary:

• Hourly Rate Dependent on Experience for 45 Hours Per Week
